At The JPA Academy we believe that students training in performing arts should have the opportunity to learn from professional artists, directors and choreographers.
Every term, using our many connections in the theatre industry, we invite guest teachers direct from the West End to come and give workshops in their chosen field. The workshops are open to all students of The JPA Academy and are at no extra cost. We run our West End Workshops one Saturday of every term in place of our usual classes.
Students will learn original material from current and past West End shows and parents will be invited to come and watch at the end of the session. These workshop days are designed to be fun and are a chance for everyone to let their hair down, enjoying something different from the usual curriculum while still honing their techniques as young performers.
This unique opportunity is only open to students of The JPA Academy. No other theatre school offers such a varied and frequent professional workshop programme.

The classes are so different from anything we’ve done before. They are so fun and exciting. I have improved so much — I wouldn’t be where I am today without the fantastic tutors at The JPA Academy. They gave me the confidence to audition for a West End show... and I got in!
